USC Traditional Chinese Dance is USC's first and only traditional Chinese dance team. We aim to promote and preserve Chinese culture through performance. TCDance performs frequently both on- and off-campus and through these performances we hope to further expose the public to traditional Chinese culture. We host an annual show every February and this will be our 6th show since the founding of our club in 2005.

For the past two years, the second half of our show has been dedicated to telling a traditional Chinese story or legend through dance. This year, our dance drama titled, "Old Man under the Moon," recounts the tale of a powerful matchmaker and how his prophecy affects the life of a young man.
